Well Hall Florist is a local business where flowers are our passion and customers are our family. I have worked at WHF for 27 years which includes 18 years of owning the business. Between our members of staff we have many years of experience.
Quality, care and satisfaction are very important to us. Our florists pour their heart and soul into each bouquet. They take the utmost care and attention to detail, using only the highest quality stems. Our flowers are sourced directly from Holland.

Here's a few simple and helpful tips from our florists, to keep your bouquet looking it's best.
Remove any leaves or foliage that sit below the water line, this will prevent the water from becoming cloudy and keep your flowers fresh.
Bacteria can shorten the lifespan of your flowers. Keep your water crystal clear and your vase clean to reduce bacteria.
Trim 2-3cm off the stems every couple of days. This will aid nourishment and keep your flowers fresh and healthy for much longer.
Change with fresh water every 1-2 days, top up when needed. Keep that water fresh!
Your flowers don't like heating elements. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, do not place close to fires or radiators.
Fill 2/3 of your vase with water. Remember to check regularly and refresh when required.
Remove wilting flowers and guard petals from your bouquet to keep it fresh and looking fabulous.
When placing an order with Well Hall Florist either via the website www.wellhallflorist.co.uk or by telephone at 0208 859 1714, it is deemed that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions.
1. An order can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery date specified. Cancellation can be done by emailing wellhallflorist@gmail.com. You will need to include your order number as well as the reason for the cancellation. Please note, we cannot cancel orders that are due to be delivered within 48 hrs.
2, Should your bouquet arrive in a poor condition, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery. It is important that a photograph is taken within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flower all complaints and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
Where possible we will send out a replacement bouquet. Kindly note that proper care of fresh flowers ensure that your bouquet lasts as long as possible. If the flowers are disposed of without any photographic evidence, any remedy will be discretionary.
3. All flowers and colours are subject to availability, seasonal availability, and substitution. Any substitutions are either of equal or greater value as those initially intended.
4. Kindly note that vases are subject to availability, design, and colour. All vases are of the same value. Vases illustrated on www.well.hall.florist.co.uk
